Console Repair Service (Appraisal & Return Shipping)

Please adjust the quantity to reflect the number of consoles that require repair.
Simply purchase the $35 appraisal and postage fee and we will contact you via email to discuss in detail the fault(s) you’re experiencing with your hardware. At this point we will ask that you ship your hardware off to the address that will be provided to you. Once we receive your hardware, we will run a diagnostics and appraisal test on it to determine the required repair(s). From here, you will be issued a quote outlining the required repair(s). Once the quote has been paid, we will proceed with the repair(s).
All repairs come with a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers the component(s) replaced during the repair and does not extend to further faults unrelated to the initial repair.
Please note that on occasion, certain faults may disguise or entirely hide other issues present within the console. Please be aware that additional repairs may take place to ensure the console is in perfect functioning condition following the completion of the repair. These additional repairs may incur the relevant repair costs as listed below.
For example, a PS2 with power issues may additionally not read games, and as such require a laser replacement following the repair of the initial power issue. This repair would yield a total repair fee of $199.90, consisting of the $99.95 power issue repair and the $99.95 laser repair.
If we are unable to replicate a fault after appraisal or the customer declines the quoted repair, the $35 appraisal and postage fee will not be refunded.

All video game consoles, games, controllers and accessories are preowned unless stated otherwise. We will always strive to select the highest quality of stock available, however we cannot make any guarantees and refunds cannot be issued if an item is missing inserts such as manuals, marketing, cover art etc.
All consoles come with 1 controller, power adapter, and AV cable. HDMI is supplied as an alternative to composite AV where applicable. Memory Card sold separately.

Product Variants:
- ‘Standard’ product variants specify the most common state of the game or console and does not guarantee that manuals or inserts are present.
- Games released with plastic cases include the case, whereas games released with cardboard boxes include only the cartridge.
- 'Cart Only' & ‘Disc Only’ variants include only the game cartridge or disc without the box, case or manual.
- ‘Console Only’ does not include a controller, power adapter or AV cable, and is exclusively the console itself.
- ‘Boxed’ includes the original box. Please contact us for additional information.
- 'Cosmetically Damaged' specifies that the item has visual or aesthetic flaws that do not impact the functionality of the item, and may additionally not include inserts, manuals or sleeves.

Warranty
In case your item it faulty or does not perform as advertised, Super Retro offers an industry-leading 12-month warranty for all products sold (unless stated otherwise).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if you made your purchase in-store. We are then able to offer a refund, exchange or repair the faulty item/s.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
