All video game consoles, games, controllers and accessories are preowned unless stated otherwise. All consoles come with 1 controller, power adapter, and AV cable. HDMI is supplied as an alternative to composite AV where applicable. Memory Card sold separately.

Warranty
In case your item it faulty or does not perform as advertised, Super Retro offers an industry-leading 12-month warranty for all products sold (unless stated otherwise).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if you made your purchase in-store. We are then able to offer a refund, exchange or repair the faulty item/s.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
